About

I have been working on archaeological projects in Southern Maryland since 2008 and am currently the Project Archaeologist at St. Mary’s College of Maryland for a National Endowment for the Humanities funded comparative research project on the 17th-century Potomac region. I also teach a Topics in Anthropology course introducing GIS applications within the Social Sciences. My expertise is in colonial English and contact-period Native American culture in the Chesapeake. Services I provide are archaeological assessments, GIS mapping, historical research, land title research, and virtual reconstruction/rendering.
